Question 1

Can I use the images commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every tier, free included, comes with a full commercial license — use your generations in ads, product pages, and social content without attribution.

Question 2

What's a credit?

Accepted Answer

Credits are Synexa's universal currency. An image costs about 36–66 credits on Synexa V2/V3, 16 on Synexa V4, from 12 on Umbra; a 5-second Seedance 2.0 clip is 150–500 credits depending on resolution. Your balance is shared across all models.

Question 3

Do unused credits roll over?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unused plan credits roll over from one billing period to the next, and you keep them if your plan ends. Credit packs never expire.

Question 4

Does Synexa keep my exact product?

Accepted Answer

Your uploaded products and trained creators are private to your workspace. We never use them to train shared models.

Question 5

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

All data is stored encrypted in EU data centers, fully GDPR-compliant. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Question 6

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Plans renew automatically until you cancel from your Account page (Cancel plan). Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed, and you keep all your credits.
